I dealt with Sam for a new roof at the Pastime Club in Mendham. Sam was quick to respond his quote. He was flexible with his schedule since we had to wait for Historical Preservation Commission approval for the Proposed new roof. The day of the job, a large team of workers showed and ripped off the old roof and re-roofed our building completing the job quickly the same day. Sam and his team were very proffessional dealing with the close neighboring businesses to make sure they were not impacted from all the work. The price was very good and they did an excellent job.
